STEPS 1 thru 6 is at no charge to the consignor, this is a free service to the consignor *

STEP 1 We do a physical Initial walk through & assessment putting a project plan together with consignor.
STEP 2 We do an evaluation of valuables, do staging, organization of items as needed, full Inventory, create online catalog for sale with photos and descriptions. Honest reviews of item value expectation/s.
STEP 3 We post all items on our national online auction platform with adherence to all local, state and federal listing laws.
STEP 4 Market the online sale with online and offline strategies. Local and National.
STEP 5 Delivery of sold items. All items are collected by buyers on designated pick up day/s and/or shipped to buyers.
STEP 6 The consignor is paid within 30 days or sooner of auction end.

Option 1: Auction location clean out. We can offer the consignor the clean out leaving the property free of all estate items. The unsold items are donated and/or discarded for the consignor. Leaving the property completely empty of contents. Additional Fee/s may or may not apply for this option.
Option 2: Live Webcast Auctions are available in addition to the concurrent online auctions in some circumstances. Additional Fee/s may or may not apply for this option.

• All Estate Auctions and Commercial Liquidation Auctions are on a first come basis and must be approved by management, most but not all consignors are accepted in our auction process.
